The Yoga Studio - The spacious Yoga Studio is open on three sides to allow in the sea breeze and sound of the waves to enter. The retreat also offers pilates and strength and flexibility courses for surfers.
Massage Treatments - The retreat offers an abundance of bodywork treatments to keep the body, mind and spirit healthy. Massages can last from 60 to 90 minutes using various different techniques and focusing on specific body areas, according to the needs and wishes of the guests. All of our oils and lotions are 100% organic and made in Costa Rica.
