Welcome to your own private tropical oasis. This 1,600 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, one sleeper sofa and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. When you enter the quiet cul de sac, pull into the driveway and get a glimpse of the rock garden surrounded by palm trees, little do you know this is just a hint of the exotic setting that awaits you out back. The heated pool is at the center of it all. Palms of all types and colors circle the lanai, enclosing you in privacy. Sun loungers and cushioned sofas and chairs are everywhere – overlooking a rock garden, surrounding the family-sized table, in the corner beneath the shade of an overhanging palm. And what a backdrop. Palms tower above shrubbery and citrus plants, framing a view of a turquoise waterway lined with boats. The beautifully terraced yard is filled with multiple decks on all sides of the house. Each deck is like its own private world. Recline on sun loungers on a circular deck enclosed by a curving wall of hedges. Enjoy a barbequed lunch on the glass table in palm-shaded comfort on a deck with a path leading past the gas grill and rock garden, taking you down to the water and your private dock. The interior is every bit as exotic. Modern furniture gallery meets the aquarium in rooms that blend striking new designs with a seaside décor. The end result is a brilliantly unique living space that’s as comfortable as it is stylish. A wall of French windows brightens the shiplap walls with natural light. To top it all off, the wooden dining room table provides you with the perfect view of the lanai, reminding you that you can always enjoy paradise, no matter the time of day. The gourmet, open kitchen features quartz countertops and an island surrounded by barstool chairs. It’s fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware. Use the pass-through window to hand out ice cold drinks to the lanai. The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, televisions in the living room and bedrooms, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You also have bicycles and everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. When you want to eat out, you’re just a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, Thai Sushi by KJ, and more.
