This beautifully decorated vacation home has three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms as well as a spacious lanai, healthy natural salt generated pool & spa, and direct access to Factory Bay and Marco River. A spacious lanai with an eastern exposure and ample space to enjoy our year round Florida weather. There is an outside dining table for 6 on the lanai as well as a covered gazebo that has seating for seven with plenty of room for entertaining and great water views.
Upon entering the home you will find a formal living area and a family room off the kitchen. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with an ensuite complimented with a Roman tub and walk-in shower. It has direct access to the lanai and pool area.
The second bedroom has a king size bed with a 32 TV and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and a combined shower/tub. The bathroom has access to the lanai and pool area.
The Kitchen has quality stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar overlooking the breakfast nook that is open and airy with natural light streaming through the sliders.
