The spacious lanai offers over 800 square feet of space, covering the swimming pool (14x28) and spa, complete with a dining area and grill. You can enjoy a perfect vacation without even leaving the house. The open floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy the pool while meals are being prepared or cocktails are being served. The property includes a dock for your boat and a deck where you can fish. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private master bathroom with a garden tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom that also opens to the lanai and pool area. This location is also ideal for long-term rentals of more than 30 days due to its proximity to the resident beach, offering a short walk for residents.
