There is even an outdoor shower! The interior is bright and spacious and includes a fully equipped modern kitchen. The boat lift will help you and your watercraft head out to adventure. (pre approval needed). Parking notes: There is space for five cars in the driveway and one car in the garage. Guests are not permitted to park boats, trailers, RVs, or wrapped vehicles displaying a company logo at the property. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in the back of the home (facing the dock).
