NOTES: - The condo complex allows owners to make renovations to their units from May 1 to November 15 so there can be construction noise in this Tower. Work can only be done between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, unless it is for emergency repairs. - There is a registration fee of $100 which includes a parking pass for one car and each addtional parking pass is $100/car.
