The Application fee for check-in dates at least 10 days prior to arrival = $103.30. Guest will pay application fee AFTER booking.
***Notice (2/9/23): The replacement of doors & windows across the complex will start March 2023 and is projected to end Dec 2023. Construction will take place M-F from 8am to 4pm although management may allow work outside of these days/hours as needed. This unit has already had its windows and doors replaced.
