This beautifully updated condo is located on the 12th floor and has amazing views of the gulf, pool, and city. During the daytime, you can enjoy relaxing on the balcony and in the evening enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats four guests comfortably and the breakfast bar seats two. The living room has ample seating with a sofa, loveseat, and armchairs. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room for watching the game or a TV show. King Sized bed in the master with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed and the guest bathroom across the hall also has a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. This Condo has a heated pool, beach access, a workout facility in Bldg 3, and tennis courts.
