***Notice (2/9/23): The replacement of doors & windows across the complex will start March 2023 and is projected to end Dec 2023. Construction will take place M-F from 8am to 4pm although management may allow work outside of these days/hours as needed. This unit has already had its windows and doors replaced. Please contact with any questions/concerns before booking as no refunds will be given if you book after Feb 9, 2023.
****The roof on the building is being replaced starting October 2, 2023. The work is estimated to take 3 months to complete (~early Jan 2024) and the roofers will work up to 6 days per week. Please note there will be considerable amounts of noise associated with the project, especially at the upper levels of the building, as well as elevated amounts of material and labor traffic. No refunds will be given for anyone who books after 9/15/2023****
