***10/1/2023***Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be painting and sealing all of the walkways in the building. It is expected to take roughly 2 weeks to complete each floor. Prep work for this project will begin at the end of March, taking roughly 2 days per floor to complete. Guests can expect work around the building and potential noise while occupying a condo. We have blocked the weeks on each floor when the project is taking place and the floor is shut down.
