Perfectly situated within walking or biking distance to shops, restaurants, and Gulf beaches, this two-bedroom unit is ideal for your coastal getaway. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The guest bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination. Enjoy cooking in the well-stocked granite and stainless kitchen, and gather in the dining and living room area that opens up to a screened lanai, overlooking the pool and bay. For extra guests, a queen-size blow-up bed is available. Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, assigned parking, and additional guest parking. A secure storage closet on the ground floor provides beach essentials like a cart and chairs for your enjoyment. On-site amenities feature a heated pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, pickleball, and a common dock for fishing. Stay entertained with three flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and WiFi. Beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and towels, is also provided. Please note: No smoking, a minimum stay of 30 nights, a maximum occupancy of 6, and an application fee is required.
