This unit is located in a private, gated community just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. As a guest here, you’ll have exclusive access to amenities such as the heated community pool, fitness center, walking paths, tennis & pickle ball courts, and a putting green. This community on Marco Island boasts both beach access and boat docks, which can be rented at very reasonable prices. NOTES: **Starting July 24, 2023 until Oct 31, 2023 the parking garage for Tower 3 will be closed for repair. All guests must park at Tower 4 next door. ***The condo is working on a drainage project that will commence mid-October and is expected to be substantially completed by mid-February to fully connect seaward/behind Tower 4 to behind Tower 3 and the Tower 3 parking area to the main east/west line along the SSC beach walkway. The beach access will be impacted and restricted for safety reasons and will be rerouted to the SSC beach access walkway, however this walkway will also be impacted for the Tower 3 parking lot connection. Logistically the Association will work with the contractor on the timing of the restricted access so they do not coincide with one another. *There is a registration fee of $100 which includes a parking pass for one car and each additional parking pass is $100/car. The fee is paid onsite at the Manager’s Office in the lobby of Tower 3 upon check in.
