This charming and comfortable home is located on a quiet street, just minutes from the beaches, shopping, and restaurants of Englewood.
Upon entering, you’re greeted by a spacious great room with an open-plan layout, featuring a formal dining area with a table and chairs for six, a cozy living room with plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, elegant décor, and large sliders that open to the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen, which overlooks the living room, includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus a casual dining area with seating for four and a view of the pool. A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located off the kitchen.
The master bedroom on the right side of the house offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms on the opposite side feature a full-size bed and twin beds, respectively. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom that also has direct access to the pool area.
Step outside to the inviting pool area, complete with a large seating area, table and chairs, a gas grill, and lounge chairs for relaxing. The pool itself is perfect for swimming or simply soaking up the Florida sun.
