The open split floor plan and fully equipped kitchen add to the appeal, providing a comfortable and functional living space.
Inside the single-story home, you'll find three inviting bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: California King Bedroom with a private attached bathroom and a 40-inch Roku TV.
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom with a Roku TV.
Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom with a Roku TV.
The pool, situated to face the West, is generously sized at 24 x 13 x 6 feet deep. Pool heating is available for an additional weekly or monthly cost, plus tax. Please note that our pools undergo weekly servicing for your convenience.
The garage accommodates parking for two cars, and guests are kindly requested to return the opener to the kitchen counter upon departure to avoid a replacement fee of $150.
For those who enjoy outdoor grilling, a complimentary BBQ is provided at the property. While the BBQ includes a propane tank, refills are not provided. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. To avoid an additional $56 fee, guests must clean the BBQ before departure.
