Park under the building in a designated spot near the elevator (there is 1 parking spot per reservation). Then walk out the garage door to the beach... beach chairs are provided. The heated swimming pool is on the opposite side of the building. There are several nice restaurants, bars, and small shops within walking distance to the condo. About a mile down the road you'll find the Stump Pass State Park which has a mile-long beach all the way to the pass from the bay to the Gulf.
