The main house has 5 bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths, including a master suite with exceptional ocean views, a spa tub and a private deck. The house includes a living room; a spacious TV/game room with flat screen TV; a formal dining room that seats 10; a large, recently renovated eat-in kitchen that accommodates 6; Sub-Zero and other appliances; and a lovely patio for outside dining. The AV systems just upgraded with new monitors, Apple TV and other improvements. Separate guest quarters feature a queen bed, bath, pool table, flat screen TV and shared laundry facilities.
