THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS! This home, (like most others in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. This home has a strictly enforced number of no more than 4 occupants at any time. The complex is gated with an elevator. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. Parking notes: Inside the unit there you will find a garage remote control on the table. Please use it to park your car in the underground garage immediately after dropping off your luggage in the unit. The parking spot is numbered 405 and is about halfway up after you enter the garage on your left-hand side. Please leave the remote control and the key to the lobby in the same place upon your departure.
