If rented with adjacent unit #10 or all three units (8, 10 & 12) you can share your private decks. Access to these decks is through the inside doors on each balcony.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties.
