This three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, complete with a private office, is situated in the serene Emerald Harbor community on the northern end of Longboat Key. The neighborhood offers community beach access just two blocks away, providing the ideal location for your beachside retreat.
The house welcomes you with an open and inviting layout that includes a spacious living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, making you feel right at home. On the right side of the house, you'll find the large master bedroom, which features a master bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private office situated towards the front of the house. This office, accessed through an alcove off the master bedroom, offers the perfect setting for a quiet workspace or a cozy reading nook.
The left side of the house includes a family room, two guest bedrooms, and an additional bathroom, ensuring ample space for family or friends. The brand-new floors, installed in 2024, add a fresh and modern touch to the entire home.
Step outside to enjoy the private pool and a spacious outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. For those looking to explore the local waters, two kayaks are provided for guest use. The back of the house features a dock area ideal for fishing or simply enjoying the view. Please note, for safety reasons, the boat dock and boat are not available for guest use, but you are welcome to use the kayaks in this area.
