Only accessible by boat, this getaway's main house has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a private suite with an ensuite bathroom, Polynesian-styled boardwalks, and raised walkways connecting the living spaces in a picture-perfect paradise. The private dock allows easy access to more than a dozen dock-and-dine restaurants on the mainland, and there is plenty of entertainment space and amenities on the island to keep you and your guests entertained. Feel the tropical breezes as the palm trees rustle as you take the boardwalk from the pier to the main living area which has a comfy blue sectional, chic side chairs, a dining room table, a bar, and spectacular views of Jewfish Key Sandbar. Newly updated, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, and on the downstairs patio is a gorgeous outdoor kitchen, where you can serve your fresh catch that you got from the pier. There is Starlink Wi-Fi and Sonos Speakers throughout. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed, a seating area with a dry bar and wine fridge, windows overlooking the bay, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub where your worries will disappear. Guests are sure to love the second and third bedrooms with crisp linens, King beds, and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a loft with three twin beds, a daybed with trundle, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination, perfect for vacation slumber parties. There are two brand-new washer and dryer sets that can be found on the ground level and second floor. The private suite can be accessed through a separate outdoor entrance. In the suite is a king bed, a twin daybed with a trundle, a wet bar and refrigerator, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination, and a private deck! Additionally, this waterfront property includes a one-week rental of a pontoon boat! There is also a game table that can transform into a ping pong table, air hockey table or a pool table, as well as corn hole. Arriving guests who wish to use the private 23-foot pontoon boat option for the duration of their stay must arrive at the Bradenton Beach Marina (located at 402 Church St North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217) before 4:30pm - no exceptions - on the day of check-in to attend mandatory training and fill out all necessary paperwork. If you wish to extend the boat rental beyond seven nights, please speak with the Marina representative when you are onsite for pickup. The dock can accommodate up to a 22ft boat, and the lift is unavailable for guest use. If you plan on bringing your boat, please call the reservations team before the arrival date so the additional boat fee is not charged. This property does not allow pets. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
