Offering a private, heated pool. In the back, you have your own private dock on the deep-water canal that will take you out to Sarasota bay. The local access to our secluded and beautiful beach is only a short walk away. The main living level includes a modern kitchen with GE Monogram appliances and two separate sitting areas with a dining area seating 10 people. Sliding doors open up onto the porch with a lounge and barbecue area overlooking the pool. Broadband Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Children are welcome, but this is a non smoking home and pets are not allowed. Also wheelchair accessible. Pool heat available $25.00 per day. Please Note: The Boat Lift is for OWNER USE ONLY. The owner leaves his boat on the lift at the property. Elevator: If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason the stairs will be the only access to upper level.
