The fully equipped kitchen has been outfitted with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher along with seating for six at the dining room table. The dining room also offers a flat screen television.

The screened lanai enjoys covered seating, a heated pool and spa, lounge chairs, a propane barbeque grill and views of the lovely waterway. If you plan to bring or rent a boat their is plenty of space to dock along the seawall. Just check boat size restrictions at the time you make your reservation. Note the boat lift is not available for guest use. This waterway opens up to the Intracoastal waterways of beautiful Sarasota where you can boat back and forth to downtown Sarasota, Lido Key and Anna Maria Island.
