The main living area is on the 2nd floor, which you can access by wooden stairs from the front and back of the house.
Walk up the stairs and you will feel right at home in this charming house! The living room is very cosy with its large U-shaped couch, armchairs, wooden floor, large TV (65"), and beachy decoration.
The white wooden dining table with 4 chairs is perfect for your meals or as a work desk.
Walk through the sliding doors and you will love the large deck with outdoor furniture, grill, and large umbrella to fully enjoy your Floridian vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The beautiful master bedroom, in shades of white and blue, features a queen size bed, TV, 2 night stands with lamps, a large window, wooden floors and white armchairs.
The master bathroom is en-suite with a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, a sink and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom includes a king size bed that can be changed into 2 twins per your request.The beach-themed decoration includes 2 night stands with lamps, large carpets and cute frames. It's luminous with several widows.
The large washer & dryer (LG) are located in the closet.
The 2nd bathroom is located just before this bedroom, with a tub, sink and toilet.
You have another set of stairs from the deck behind the house that leads to the backyard. The available fire pit will be perfect for your stay during winter time!There's even an outdoor shower you can use to rinse sandy feet.
The first floor features a 2 doors garage space but CANNOT be used to park cars. It's perfect to store your beach things or luggage. There's an extra fridge you can use, as well as 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 1 beach cart.
A roll-away bed is available as well (located there) - it's for 1 guest only, and not a long term stay option. Please, move up the stairs very carefully and at your own risk.
You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage (do not park on the street).
This house is at the perfect location on Longboat Key: Saint Judes Drive is a quiet street off the main road, but with everything you need.
Both a convenient store and a restaurant are located on St Jude Dr. Other restaurants and a bike rental are at walking distance.
Enjoy the beach only 5 min away with its white sand and amazing sunsets.
Longboat Key is famous for its beautiful beaches, luxury resorts and Golf courses. it's the perfect location for a peaceful and dreamlike vacation.
