The kitchen boasts a gourmet kitchen with a wet bar, a full suite of Wolf appliances, a Subzero refrigerator, and a wine cooler. The chic dining room table and casual seating area with a sectional and side chairs provide a comfortable space to relax and enjoy meals prepared in the kitchen or on the provided BBQ grill. And through the patio doors is an outdoor dining table, complete with a ceiling fan to keep guests cool. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the second floor, creating a tranquil retreat with a balcony where you can enjoy sunsets and sunrises peacefully. It is a quick drive to Siesta Key, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, and Tampa. This home is located in a rich historic area with nearby homes built in the 1900s, and John Ringling-inspired architecture, and there are fabulous waterfront restaurants all within walking distance, including Shore Restaurant, Mar Vista Dockside, and Whitney’s. Please note that there is a maximum of two cars that can park overnight at this home, one in the driveway and one in the garage. Guests are asked to plan accordingly and coordinate with their group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles or street parking allowed, but during the day, guests can park in the alley behind the property.
