This is a private one-story modern home situated closer to the south end of Longboat Key and St. Armand's Circle, home to some luxurious shops and tasteful dining. It is also next door to the gorgeous beaches on Longboat Key, with soft white sand and just a short walking distance away. The house includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size washer/dryer, and a living room with tile floors throughout. Walking through the home, you will notice both bedrooms have a king-sized bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has an open design, suitable for all types of chefs. Entering the outdoors, there is a private heated pool, a seating area, a gas grill, and bikes available for guest use, located in the garage. A perfect day on Longboat is a few hours spent at the beach, a bicycle ride around the island, watching the sunset on Lido Beach, and then off to dinner. Don't know where to go eat?
