Awesome Longboat Key waterfront home where guests will enjoy and appreciate the wide open water views across Cranes Bayou. The white sandy beach and sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only about 200 steps from the front door. Going to the beach could not be easier. Thoughtfully renovated, this single family contemporary, ranch-style pool home enjoys an open concept living area offering views of the bayou from almost every room. The new custom kitchen with stainless appliances has rosewood, bamboo, Innermost cabinets and Cambria countertops with mosaic backsplash. The living room is bright and spacious with a wall of windows looking out on the bayou, giving a feeling of floating. To bring the sunshine in, there are two huge skylights making this home bright and cheery. The main bedroom has a view of the bayou and a spacious bathroom with a large double shower and double vanity. One guest bedroom has a full bath with glass shower, subway tile and marble flooring. The other guest bedroom has an ensuite half bath. All the bedrooms have hardwood floors. Behind a 6' privacy wall, you will find a secret garden which surrounds the pool and courtyard.
