The main floor has a lovely formal living and dining area, half bath and is light & bright with cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, and has a wonderful coastal feel. The well appointed kitchen features an additional dining area, stainless appliances, stone counter tops and lovely wood cabinetry. The second level is where you will find the master suite with King bed and an elegant master bath and soaking tub. The second bedroom is also en suite with a comfortable Queen size bed and walk in closet. The lower level has been outfitted as a family/room office with high speed internet, and has additional sleeping capacity, there is a full size trundle bed with twin underneath and a full size pull out sofa and a large Smart TV. Peaceful water views await you from almost every room, you can sip your morning coffee from the screened lanai overlooking the canal as Manatees and Dolphin swim by! The community offers several heated pools, one located just across the way from the townhome, and the other just up the drive where the clubhouse is located, you can enjoy tennis, pickleball, an updated fitness room and the larger heated pool and spa. In addition, you will have access to the private Bay Isles Beach Club located at 2111 Gulf of Mexico Drive, gated, with plenty of parking, full facilities, charcoal and gas grills, and lots of private beach to enjoy!
