1st floor gulf front side by side (both living room & bedroom face the water). Located at poolside with your own patio. 2 double beds with sleep sofa (sleeps a maximum of 4). A total kitchen and living area remodel was completed last year and boasts a brand new fantastic kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New living room furniture was just added as well. Walls were removed and provide a much more open feel. The second renovation phase was just completed and now the entire unit is totally remodeled. This unit has larger bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A great spot to watch the dolphins from your patio, enjoy beautiful sunsets or go for a swim in our heated pool. Bring along your fishing poles and catch fish at the shore for your dinner. This unit upgrades will surely make your vacation a memorable one.
