The kitchen now enjoys high-end cherry cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, granite island countertops, and top rate stainless steel appliances. The remodeled kitchen has been opened offering guests the most beautiful gulf view. We have ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite glass enclosed tiled shower with a security grab bar. The dressing area has a six-foot granite countertop with double sinks and cherry cabinetry.
The second bath has a fully tiled tub and showers with a security grab bar. It has cherry cabinetry and a granite countertop. The 34 ft. veranda has glass panels with unobstructed views of the entire island and the beach both north and south. We also view the heated swimming pool. Sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom allow for beautiful views and access to the veranda.
The living room has a 46" flat-screen TV and direct access to the veranda through 8 ft. sliding glass doors. There are also two side windows providing beach views and ventilation. The master bedroom has a 37" flat-screen TV and the second bedroom has a 26" flat-screen TV. Our condo has a Tommy Bahama theme and is fully equipped.
The complex is a well-maintained, six-story condo building located right on the beach. There is a beautiful heated pool directly on the beach with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. We have a private beach with lounge chairs. We are located across the street within easy walking distance to the Publix supermarket and CVS, tennis courts, restaurants, and shops. Downtown Sarasota is 10 minutes away.
Enjoy the beautiful island of Longboat Key as well as St. Armand's Circle and the city of Sarasota... There are restaurants, shops, boating, live theatre, the Ringling Museum, and many other activities. Check the calendar at the Van Wezel for the free outdoor concert schedule.
