You will enjoy the wonderful southwest exposure and the Gulf view over the pretty landscaping and pool area. Having Hurricane grade windows and sliders is a must when on the Gulf of Mexico. Windows and sliders open with ease and you will notice less noise from the outside. In the spring of 2019 the owners had all of the windows and sliders updated which is another plus in this beachside property. The complex has a heated swimming pool with spa located in the center of the property. Other amenities include covered parking areas, elevators and private beach access.
