This deluxe beachfront, third floor condo has been fully renovated and remodeled. This is the largest floor plan available in the community. The entire residence boasts porcelain tile flooring and features approximately 1700 square feet with a 52' long, open beachfront balcony. The views absolutely cannot be beat! The unit is virtually situated ON the beach. Of course, the pool and hot tub are inviting too! The oversized living area features a 65" television and comfortable seating. The living and dining areas and both bedrooms are open to the balcony. There is a fully equipped modern designer kitchen with all high-end Thermador appliances, stunning dolomite marble backsplash and waterfall dining table, white quartz countertops, and rich acacia wood paneling and accents. The unit, of course, includes a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with dressing area and bathroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a dressing area and bath as well. Both rooms feature Sleep Number beds. For additional overnight guests, there are two ottomans that can be converted into single children's beds in the guest bedroom. Both rooms feature dual vanities. The rooms are furnished in a chic, modern style. Both rooms feature 2 workstations in each room.
