The community is a popular Gulfside community on the Southern end of Longboat Key, where you will enjoy one of the quietest areas to be, but with a lot of amenities to relish in. A large community pool overlooks the private beach, a clubhouse with a lovely living space with views of the ocean, a community playground, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a private beach that offers chaise lounges for you to soak up that Florida sunshine all day long. Upon entering the condo, you will find tons of natural light in the corridor to the condo. The condo has an open-concept floor plan and is two levels. On the first level, you will find the main living space, with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has a plush couch overlooking the blue crystal waters. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need and more. There are gorgeous countertops with a matching backsplash, all stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast table that can accommodate up to two. Adjacent, you will find the chic dining table with custom padding to the walls and seating for six; no details were missed. When you are not using the Smart TV above the wet bar, it can be hidden with a custom-built in. There is an office behind the beautiful wood sliding barn doors, that has a queen-size murphy bed behind the desk. There is also a half bath on the first floor. You cannot miss the grand floating staircase leading to the second floor, which has underneath lighting. The second floor is where you will find the bedrooms. The primary bedroom is magnificent! It has ocean views from the queen-size bed, custom closets, and fantastic masonry work behind the bedframe. Attached is the primary bathroom that was spa-inspired. There is a large dual vanity with a beautiful mirror, a large jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower with two showerheads. Down the hall, you will find the second bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, plenty of closet space, and an attached bathroom.
