This Cute Lido Key Cottage enjoys three Bedrooms and two Bathrooms that can collectively sleep up to 11 guests. The fully equipped kitchen enjoys top of the line appliance and all you will need for dining and entertaining. Ideally located within 1 Block of Lido Key Beach, or about a 3-minute walk or 1 minute bike ride. You're also about a 3-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk to St. Armand's Circle. The screened in lanai that overlooks your private pool with waterfall and spa and offers a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, There is a Ping Pong table in the garage. Our wonderful guest services team is here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation! We also include beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beaches or Lido Key. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home. This is a Single-Story home, but our guests will have to use stairs to enter the interior of the home from any entrance. The home features a Single-Car Garage that features a ping pong table, garage refrigerator, and a deep freezer. This is also the storage area for the bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, and cooler that come with the home. Once inside, you'll find a comfortable Great Room that features the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The Fully Stocked Kitchen has an eat-in-dining space that seats 4 people, as well as a bar top that seats 3. In total there is dining for 7 people inside, and there is additional seating via the outdoor covered and screened lanai as well. The living room is just off of the kitchen, and it features HDTV, FREE WiFi throughout the home, and ample seating with one of the couches doubling as a Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed. Just off the great room you'll find the 3 Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King bed and an En Suite Bathroom and it is located towards the rear of the home. The remaining 2 Bedrooms are located toward the front of the home and they feature a Queen Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom with a Full over Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4) and a Twin Trundle. If you aren't familiar with St. Armand's Circle, well, you're in for a treat because this area is a very well known and high end commercial retail and restaurant area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you'll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 2.5 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is about a $10-15 Uber to downtown - so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is very short drive or nice bike ride to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well. There is a small park and beach on City Island as well. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean, so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
