Situated in the heart of St. Armand's exclusive neighborhood, Lido Key Beach is less than a five-minute drive away, and St. Armand's shopping area is less than a five-minute walk away.
There are multiple living areas, one on the main floor, with plenty of comfortable seating. The second living area on the third floor has a bar area, tv, and access to the third-floor balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true, with a spacious pantry, a mini fridge, and great appliances. Share meals at the island seating area or one of the two dining tables.
The modern chic primary bedroom has abundant natural lighting and a private balcony with fabulous views. The primary ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, double vanity, and an oversized walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor and share a fantastic jack-n-jill bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. On the third floor are the remaining rooms. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have lovely coastal hues with tropical views out their windows and share a jack-n-jill bathroom.
