Luxury Home on the water 1 block West to Lido Beach 1 block East of the famous St. Armands Circle, which has over 100 restaurants and shops. Open the large double French doors to the outside porch and lanai area, and allow the balmy breezes to flow through the home. There is an outdoor grill area for entertaining, a private pool, and a spa. Sit outside and watch the manatees play in the water then catch a sunset or walk up to the renowned St. Armand's Circle for dinner and shopping. If you like to try fishing in the backyard, it is pretty easy to catch fish; mostly Red Snapper. Good for grilling too! You know you're in paradise when you stay at this home. Separate commercial ice maker in kitchen ideal for filling boat coolers, etc. You are welcome to tie a boat up to our dock however the boat lift is not available for guest use. IF BRINGING A BOAT THERE ARE BRIDGE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. NO TRAILERS/BOAT TRAILERS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE FOR A SOLUTION IF YOU NEED TO STORE YOUR TRAILER.
