The interior of this home is the epitome of a beach feel, with vaulted and crown-molded ceilings with fresh, natural colors and an open layout that is naturally brightened by the large windows. The main seating area has an expansive sectional, a TV, and an additional seating area perfect for enjoying intimate conversations. The kitchen has cookware essentials, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, two island seating areas, and opens to a formal dining table that seats ten guests. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the second floor, offering a peaceful getaway. There is a luxurious bed set, a seating area, a large TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have plush bedding, storage space, TVs, and beautiful ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Designed for the kiddos- the fourth bedroom has a nautical theme with two bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer are available, so your beach towels are always fresh! Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower -Second Bedroom, 1st floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower -Third Bedroom, 1st floor: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower -Fourth Bedroom, 1st floor: Two Twin over Full bunk beds Not only is this home close to the beach and shopping, but it also has a flawless backyard with everything to keep guests happy and entertained! The private heated pool and outdoor bar area are perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, have your group chef whip something up on the grill, and then afterward, partake in some smores at the outdoor firepit. Additionally, there are two hammocks, a putting green, kayaks, and plenty of lounge chairs where, if you look closely, you might catch a glimpse of manatees! - The pool is heated from 11/15-4/15 This property does not allow dogs 2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
