What we offer is a beautifully renovated studio condo with a king size bed, modern bathroom with a solid stone vanity, and tiled shower. There are plenty of plush bath towels. While relaxing in bed, watch your favorite shows on the large, wall-mounted Smart flatscreen including WiFi and cable channels.
The kitchenette includes a new stainless refrigerator freezer (ice-trays incl), microwave, cabinet supplied with dishes, glasses, bowls, small appliances such as a new blender, a coffeemaker and toaster Have breakfast for two at home sitting at the wood dining table or drink your morning coffee in the sunshine out on patio. There are two loungers plus a small cafe table for 2. Extend the umbrella for a bit of shade if you like. A storage container has your beach items ready for you (2 chairs and a sun umbrella.
We also provide 4 large beach towels to make a short trip to Lido Beach, a quick and enjoyable stroll. Two options to get to the public beach. Head towards the Ritz staying on the left side of the building; about a 7 minute walk. Option two is the Lido Public Beach & Pavilion, a 16 minute walk on average.
An inspiring stroll over the John Ringling Causeway lands you in the heart of Downtown Sarasota and Marina Jacks, with Selby Gardens just around the corner giving you even more options to explore. Or, just stay closer and enjoy Ted Sperling Park across the street that offers walking, biking, paddle boarding and kayaking through the mangroves and lots of tropical beach front activities directly on the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay.

Minimum stay flexible. This condo is has a comfortable happy vibe and a pretty space for seating outdoors. The location is fantastic. The complex is older. This condo was not damaged by hurricane Ian but the complex did lose a tree which will be addressed as landscapers are available
