The couch pulls out to sleep another person.
The master bedroom has new King bed and memory foam mattress, an en-suite bath with step-in custom tiled shower, a grab bar and adjustable dual shower head if needed, granite counter, Kohler water closet and tile flooring. There is plenty of room for your belongings especially with a large custom closet and large new dresser with a 43" LG flat screen TV and Xfinity cable. Lots of natural light coming through the wall of windows with custom blinds that open up when you want to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a good size closet for your belongings plus a tall dresser. There also is a work desk in the room should you want to bring your pc and catch up on emails. New lovely plank tile floors throughout. The second bathroom is just around the corner and is beautifully remodeled. Newly tiled custom step-in shower with grab bar and adjustable shower head.
This condo offers a covered parking spot, elevator right outside the door and on-site laundry across from 17A. It is a communal laundry room, no private washer and dryer.
You're just steps away from booking this beautiful community resort style pool and spa vacation oasis. The complex is monthly, but let us know if you would like to stay here for a shorter period of time and we may be able to block off the rest of the time to make a lease work.
No car needed for the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Park once and enjoy, or take a few trips up Longboat Key over to some of the beach restaurants of Anna Maria and the spectacular sunsets.
Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage.
