The modern, custom, spacious kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully designed with custom white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances and seamlessly opens up to a grand dining area and entertainment deck. The outdoor deck is furnished with quality furnishings and a built-in gas grill and commanding views of the Pacific. The home boasts a generous living room with sumptuous seating, along with a more intimate outdoor terrace. For your convenience, there is also a half bathroom on this floor. On the second floor, you’ll have two full bedrooms, each bathed in ample natural light and equipped with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom beckons with French doors leading to a serene private terrace overlooking the ocean and the vibrant town. The bottom floor unveils a lock-off two-bedroom condo, perfect for a young family or a couple seeking added privacy. Guests on this level enjoy easy access to the second and third floors via internal stairs, as well as a private entrance. The spacious condo comprises a king-sized bed, a full bath, a kitchenette, and a dining area for up to four people. Additionally, a separate bedroom with a Murphy bed that accommodates two, complete with a TV, is ideal for children or accompanying friends.
