Located within minutes to the sandy beaches of Kings Beach AND to the slopes at the Northstar Ski Resort, we know that convenience is certainly paramount to a perfect Tahoe vacation year round! This home provides all of that plus a comfortable, and upscale environment for the groups that just want it all.
The quality craftsmanship throughout the home is notable from the moment you enter through the front door. A grand double-sided fireplace acts as the centerpiece of the open floor plan. A gourmet chef's kitchen, farmhouse dining nook, and a magnificent great room all enjoy the ambiance and warmth it offers on a cool winter evening. And in the summer, an outfitted deck surrounded by towering pines awaits. Lazy summer afternoons can be spent flipping burgers on the barbeque, or enjoying a glass of wine under the shade of the surrounding treetops.
Down a level from there lies the Primary Suite with an en suite bathroom and private deck of it's own. Also on this floor, another bedroom with Queen, a double bed futon, and an office with a queen futon bed.
The kids will be thrilled with the fact that the bunk room is accessed just off of the entertainment room on the lowest floor, equipped with a pool table offering hours of fun, a flat screen TV, and a yet another gas fireplace. This homes combination of entertainment and upscale touches all meld together to create an elegant atmosphere that is still hardy enough for the entire family.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada State border, is Kings Beach. Known for its outstanding public beach, kick back attitude, and easy access to mountain resorts, Kings Beach is a spot travelers return to year after year. The North Tahoe Event Center often plays host to festivals, concerts, and community events, and downtown Kings Beach boasts shopping and dining options open year round.
Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the flagship beach site in the North Tahoe area. With a lake front stretch of 1,700 feet, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Its south facing aspect and a lake floor that gradually deepens makes this one of the warmest swimming areas on the Lake. A beautiful playground area overlooks the water and barbecue and picnic areas are available. The beach is adjacent to shops, restaurants and the North Tahoe Event Center.
In the winter, you are just ten minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar.
