The main living space is just as welcoming with its large overstuffed couch, and a wood-burning fireplace. The cabin is not lacking in modern amenities, as it has large flat-screen TV’s in both living spaces, but it does not have laundry facilities available.
This cabin also has a beautifully remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Off of the kitchen, there is a dining area and a new gas BBQ has been set on the patio. Next, to the main living area, there is a den located close to the main bathroom that was beautifully remodeled in 2014. The upstairs has two bedrooms comparable to one another. They both have queen size beds and high-end linens. The bedrooms also have the convenience of sharing a half bathroom that separates the two rooms.
Walk to our local Market, as well as great coffee shops and breakfast and dinner spots. A prime location for enjoying the beach activities in the summer and conveniently located by the Sunnyside Marina where you have access to watersport rentals. During the winter months, you have the family-friendly and the homewood Mountain Resort down the street. West Shore has access to miles of snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in Blackwood Canyon and Sugar Pine Point State Parks. The West Shore is a conveniently central location for trips to Truckee, Incline Village, and weather permitting-access to the South Shore and stunning Emerald Bay.
