The fully fitted and functional chef’s kitchen includes impressive Thermodor gas stove, double ranges and an immersive dining area to gather with family and friends. After enjoying an adventurous day on the lake, look forward to retreating to the spa-like master bedroom with open views of the lake, fireplace and an ensuite bathroom anchored with a shower shielded with lush landscaping. Industrial textures and a floating staircase lead upstairs where there is an office, additional sleeping areas, and one with its own private balcony accompanied by an awning to sit back and take in the picturesque views. The private dock provides for easy access for docking your boat, or you can rent a boat from us. Located just outside of Trump National Golf Course, convenient to shopping and dining, and is only 25 minutes from Davidson College. Pool is a heated pool and will be kept at 80 degrees during the Pool Season beginning April 1 and ending October 31. The hot tub portion of the pool cannot be separated and will be kept at a minimum of 80 degrees as well. Maximum overnight occupancy is 13; maximum daytime occupancy is 20.
