This oceanside community is exceptional and this residence offers an expansive back lanai offering the perfect place to lounge in the sun. The master bedroom is upstairs with king bed, ensuite bath, and a personal smart TV. The guest room with twins is also on the second level. The second Master bedroom is downstairs with King size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room offer’s a full size side by side washer/dryer. Perfectly located within a short stroll of the Dolphin pool, historic Clubhouse, tennis court and the spectacular Ocean Front Pool (which has guests returning to year after year). Partake in a game of tennis and pickle ball, work out in the gym, or refresh yourself in any of the three swimming pools. The oceanfront pool is a spectacular deep-water pool jutting into the ocean, great for sunning or swimming laps while the Dolphin pool with playground gets all the kid's attention.
