There is a full bathroom located in the hallway between these bedrooms. The living room is fully air conditioned and each bedroom has a wall air conditioner, though there is something to be said about having the lanai doors completely open and enjoying the ocean air as it breaths through the house. When the surf is up, it does tend to get a bit salty.
