It's set on a spacious half-acre lot with a private pool, spa, and outdoor fire pit for your entertainment. Relax in the living area with a fireplace, big-screen TV, and stylish furnishings. Two master suites with en suite bathrooms provide a perfect escape. Enjoy your stay with added services like a private chef, pre-fridge stocking, and mid-stay cleans (available for an extra fee). The villa is perfectly located for festival-goers, being the closest property to the VIP festival entrance of Empire Polo Fields. Shuttle service is available during Coachella and Stagecoach, and festival guest/VIP passes can be purchased. The festival grounds are just a mile away, making it ultra-convenient. With a gourmet kitchen, an inviting pool and spa area, a grass lawn for small events, and an array of amenities like a Sonos speaker system and board games, your stay promises comfort and fun. Please note that while the photos may not exactly match the furnishings, the layout and amenities are similar. Pool heat is available upon request, and additional twin rollaway beds can be provided. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum of 87 degrees. Keep in mind that the villa is undergoing property improvements and expansion, with construction taking place daily between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. We're striving to minimize any disruption.
