The kitchen, with breakfast bar seating, is fully equipped with all appliances, a gas stove, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
All three bedrooms are filled with natural light and offer a cozy atmosphere. The king bedroom features bay windows, mirrored closet doors, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a desk area. Another guest bedroom includes two queen beds, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The double bedroom is dreamy, with a charming door leading to the backyard. The living room also offers additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa. The residence has two renovated bathrooms: the hallway bathroom features a shower with a bench, while the en-suite bathroom in the queen bedroom boasts a luxurious soaking tub and a new shower with three heads, including a refreshing rainfall option.

Please note: There are two additional separate units on the property. The entire property, encompassing all three units, may be rented as a compound accommodating up to 18 guests. The back patio is shared with the other two units.
