This listing is a buyout of two adjacent 3-bedroom properties. Welcome to your dual-home getaway! Just three blocks from the beach, these mid-century style homes boast clean architectural lines, vaulted ceilings, a rooftop deck, a private plunge pool, and a charming courtyard patio. Start your day with coffee at the breakfast nook, then step outside for some fresh ocean air. Take a stroll to Windansea Beach for a swim, or rent an e-bike to explore the coast. Don’t miss out on San Diego’s famous tacos, and make sure you’re back in time for a stunning ocean sunset! Nearby Activities: Herringbone (seafood), Scripps Beach, La Jolla Shores Park, Harry’s Coffee Shop, Ellen Browning Scripps Park, The Cottage (American), Catania, George’s at the Cove, Caroline’s Seaside Cafe, Wheat and Water (Pizza!), Masala Street (Indian), North Torrey Pines Golf Course, La Jolla Sea Cave Kayaks, La Jolla Underwater Park. Home Truths: Due to La Jolla’s noise ordinance, pool heat is available only between 4pm - 9pm. The plunge pool can be heated upon request before your stay. Firewood is not provided; please bring your own. Landscaping is performed on Tuesdays between 9am and 1pm. The pool’s waterfall feature is not available. The backyard layout may differ from the photos. Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond the bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and extra linens are available upon request. This home is in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance, suitable only for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. Parking Details: Home I: Garage fits 1 car, driveway fits 2 cars, limited street parking available. Do not park in the alleyway. Home II: Garage fits 2 vehicles, small driveway fits a small car off La Jolla Blvd. This home includes a pack n’ play travel crib.
