This charming, ideally located, freshly painted and freshly decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage, on a spacious lot in quintessential La Jolla Village, is just a short walk (about 9-10 blocks) to Marine Beach and the La Jolla Tide Pools - as well as excellent shops, eateries, etc. There are two other separate units on the property, which, with this one, can be rented as a large compound that sleeps 18. This middle size cottage is located above the garage with 14 stair-step access only, so it may not be appropriate for everyone. Take the stairs and find yourself on a large balcony with peek ocean views, a barbecue, a dining table for 6, and a small seating cluster as well. Enter and find yourself in a light, bright beach-chic great room with a seating cluster, 55” flat-screen TV. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room sofa. Behind the living room is a dining area for 6. Beyond the dining room is a thoroughly modern kitchen with a large bay window, making it a sunny place to create meals and snacks for all. The 1st bedroom is left off the living room with 2 twin beds and a small flat-screen TV. There is also a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Down the hallway to the right is the 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and a comfortable chair. It has an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination, and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure your comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds if the living room queen sofa bed is used. Additional amenities include street parking and WIFI and cable.
