This 3,500 square foot beautiful modern home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two decks overlooking the pacific ocean with stunning sunset and ocean views and an amazing outdoor patio with a large Jacuzzi that can also be a great wading pool in the summer, is perfect for your La Jolla vacation with family and friends. Here you can truly experience the Southern California coastal lifestyle as you are only about a block away from famous La Jolla Shores Cove and 1/2 block from Kellogg Park where you can watch the waves come in and the kids play at the same time! The large family room, accessible from both the front deck and back patio, has a comfortable seating so everyone can be together and enjoy the happenings. You can enjoy the fire place and large flat screen TV with full cable all while making dinner or breakfast for the family, or just enjoying the space with your friends and family. The doors to the front court yard and back patio open completely – giving you the feeling of one great big open space (indoor and out). A spacious, fully furnished gourmet kitchen showcases hand picked granite counter tops and custom cabinets. The high end appliances are stainless steel and all the small appliances you need to create everything from snacks to a full-on feast are also available. The kitchen is open to the living room – one big space for everyone to gather and easy access to the back patio and front deck so outdoor dining is a breeze. The master suite, located up the stunningly staircase, features a king bed with premiere linens and pillows. Enjoy ocean views from the enormous window or watch TV with full cable on the large flat screen TV from the comfortable fainting couch or enjoy a night in front of the fire while reading a book. The en suite bathroom has two individual sinks, a glass door shower, and a large tub to soak the day away. The 1st guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and pocket patio doors that open up to the upstairs deck that overlooks the pacific ocean. The en suite bathroom features a glass door shower/tub and a sink. This bathroom is also shared with the adjacent bedroom, each having their own door to the bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom upstairs has two twin beds that can also be converted into a king bed and pocket doors that open onto the beautiful upstairs deck. This bedroom shares the en suite bathroom with the 1st guest bedroom, each having their own access door. The 3rd guest bedroom located downstairs has a king bed, with en suite bathroom that features a walk-in shower and sink. THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! Located just a ½ block to La Jolla Shores Beach, has amazing outdoor space which include two outdoor decks with ocean views, and a small park nearby. The living room and kitchen are open into one large space allowing for easy gathering of friends and family. This home is equipped with A/C which will come in handy during our warming months. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. (Non-Smoking Home) This home sleeps 8 people and has a maximum occupancy of 8. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. This home does not allow pets. This is a PET FREE home. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking. You must be a minimum of 25 years or older to book. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
