The dining room next to the living room has a glass-top table that seats 8 people, and displays some of the owner's custom art that you can find throughout the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, stone countertops, and custom hardwood cabinets.
The first bedroom on this level has a king-size bed and a leather sofa that converts into a full-size bed. You can watch movies on the projection screen that covers the entire wall, and choose from an extensive DVD collection. The en suite bathroom has a tub and shower, and glass sliding doors that lead to the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to another bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
The Primary Suite occupies the whole second level of the home and is a true sanctuary. It has a king-size bed, a gas fireplace, a couch seating area, and a private patio with ocean view. It also has open-beam wood ceilings and Shoji-type screens that you can open or close for more privacy. The en suite bathroom has two sinks, a vanity table, a jetted tub, and a separate shower stall.
The rooftop deck lounge is accessible by a spiral staircase and offers amazing views of the ocean and the coast. It is fully furnished with a small bar fridge and an oversized lounger. Rooftop deck curfew at 9:00 PM due to noise restrictions.
The backyard is perfect for entertaining your friends and family. It has custom lighting that creates a romantic ambiance. You can grill your favorite dishes on the built-in BBQ and dine al fresco on the outdoor table. Then you can end your day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
Additional amenities include WiFi, a koi pond, streaming smart TVs, a full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans and box fans, and a stereo with built-in speakers in the Primary Suite. This home is not air-conditioned.
